Synchronous Inspection Line

Product Introduction:

The Synchronous Inspection Line is the core rail system that maintains one-to-one linkage between each pork carcass and its corresponding set of offal (green offal + red offal) throughout the government-required veterinary inspection process. As the carcasses move along the inspection rail, offal trays carry each animal's organs alongside its corresponding carcass — enabling veterinarians to simultaneously evaluate all organs and match findings to the specific animal.
