Cattle Tripe Washing Machine | Mechanical friction + water flush cleaning of cattle stomachs/tripes |
Key Features
Our beef tripe washing machine, a key cattle internal organ cleaning equipment, is composed of a rotating disk, a cleaning drum and a transmission mechanism. It adopts a motor-driven belt transmission to drive the rotating disk in the cleaning drum to rotate. The blades on the rotating disk rub against the beef tripe, and the water in the drum flushes it, so as to achieve the purpose of thorough cleaning. The beef tripe washing machine has a simple structure and easy operation, and the cleaning time can be controlled according to the degree of dirt on the beef tripe (usually 4-5 minutes), making it an essential internal organ processing equipment for slaughterhouses.
The cleaning drum is made of food-grade stainless steel (SUS304), which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and meet food hygiene standards. The machine is equipped with a water inlet and outlet device, which is convenient for water injection and sewage discharge. After cleaning, the beef tripe can be taken out directly, which is efficient and labor-saving.
Operation Process
Load beef tripe → Add water to required level → Start motor
→ Rotating disk blades rub + water flushes (4~5 min)
→ Stop machine → Drain wastewater via bottom outlet → Remove cleaned tripe
