Key Features

Our cattle carcass cleaning machine, a core equipment for carcass trimming, is used for the final cleaning of the split carcass after all processing procedures. It is composed of a driving device, a frame, a conveyor chain, a spray mechanism and a water tank. The spray mechanism can clean the carcass comprehensively from top to bottom, and the spray time of the movable nozzle can be adjusted between 15-25 seconds. The door is automatically opened and closed by a pneumatic device to avoid contact between the carcass and the cattle carcass cleaning machine, ensuring the cleanliness of the carcass. Matching with our cattle splitting saw, it forms a complete set of carcass trimming equipment.

The splitting saw is used for splitting the eviscerated carcass into left and right halves along the midline of the back spine. We provide reciprocating splitting saws, belt-type splitting saws and automatic splitting machines, which are suitable for different scales of production lines. The automatic splitting machine is equipped with an induction positioning system and a synchronous conveying system, which can realize accurate positioning and stable splitting, and the online cleaning system can clean the splitting section and saw blade synchronously to avoid cross-contamination.
