Key Features
Our pneumatic lifting platform, as an auxiliary device for professional cattle evisceration operations, is available in two types: single-column and double-column. The height of the work station can be adjusted in real time through a foot switch. Operators can adjust the distance between the platform and the cattle carcass according to operational needs, making the evisceration operation more convenient and comfortable. The pneumatic lifting platform is equipped with apron cleaning, handwashing, and tool disinfection devices. A centralized drainage device is installed on the platform to solve the problem of direct sewage discharge and ensure the hygiene of the operating environment, which is crucial for standardized evisceration operations.
The pneumatic lifting platform adopts stable pneumatic control, enabling slow lifting and lowering to avoid damage to the carcass and internal organs. It is matched with the carcass hanging conveyor to achieve synchronous operations of carcass transportation and evisceration, improving production efficiency. The platform is made of food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets food hygiene standards.
