Key Features of Our Skinning Equipment

Our cattle skinning machine, as the core equipment for cattle skinning, is motor - driven. The cattle skinning machine uses a top - down skinning method, which can smoothly separate the cowhide from the carcass. The cowhide is wound around the skinning drum to avoid contaminating the surface of the carcass, ensuring the quality of both the cowhide and the carcass.

The pneumatic lifting platform (single - column/double - column) is used in conjunction with the skinning machine, facilitating operators to carry out auxiliary skinning operations at different heights, ensuring the integrity of the cowhide and reducing damage to the carcass. The carcass processing hanging conveyor realizes the transportation of the carcass during the skinning process, making the operation more efficient and orderly. The cowhide pneumatic conveying system can quickly transport the skinned cowhide to the designated area for centralized processing, ensuring the hygiene of the slaughter workshop and reducing the intensity of manual labor.
