Key Features of Our Stunning & Bleeding Equipment

Our ordinary flap box is suitable for conventional cattle slaughter, with one-time and two-time flap devices, which can easily turn over the stunned cattle, expose the hind legs for tying, and facilitate subsequent hanging and slaughtering. The religious rotating flap box, a key cattle stunning equipment, is specially designed for religious slaughter, with a cattle head limiting device and a rotating mechanism, which can safely and quickly turn the cattle to a supine position for slaughter, ensuring compliance with religious customs and operational safety. Both devices are essential for efficient cattle stunning and bleeding operations.

The bleeding hanging conveyor enables the hanging and transportation of cattle during the bleeding process, ensuring thorough bleeding, reducing blood residue in the meat, and improving the meat quality. The hoist can easily lift the cattle, reducing the intensity of manual labor and enhancing operational safety. Equipment that comes into direct contact with the meat is made of food - grade stainless - steel materials, which are corrosion - resistant, easy to clean, and meet food hygiene standards.
