Key Features of Our Cooling & Aging Equipment

Our low-temperature aging warehouse, a core beef cooling and aging equipment, is made of high-quality thermal insulation materials (PU foam panel ≥150mm), with good thermal insulation performance, which can stably maintain the temperature at 0~4℃ (ordinary cooling) or -10~-15℃ (rapid cooling stage), ensuring the aging effect of beef. The low-temperature aging warehouse is equipped with a ventilation system, which can keep air circulation in the warehouse, avoid bacterial growth, and ensure the hygiene and safety of beef. It is matched with our hanging conveyor track and temperature and humidity control system to form a complete cooling and aging solution.

The hanging conveyor track is matched with the aging warehouse to realize the conveying of cattle carcasses in the warehouse, ensuring that each carcass is evenly cooled and aged, and improving the consistency of beef quality. The track adopts a closed circulation design, which is stable in operation and not easy to jam, and can be adjusted according to the size of the warehouse and the production scale.

The temperature and humidity control system adopts intelligent control (PLC + HMI), which can accurately monitor and adjust the temperature and humidity in the aging warehouse, and the data can be recorded and queried, facilitating customers to track and manage the aging process. The system has the functions of over-temperature and over-humidity alarm, ensuring the stable operation of the aging process.
