Working Principle

The HE-3D operates through a sequential compression cycle:

1. Loading: A slightly frozen meat block (approximately -3 degrees C)is placed on the conveyor and fed into the pressing chamber.

2. Safe Door Closure: The pneumatic safe door closes automatically, confirmed by infrared safety sensors before the cycle proceeds.

3. 3D Compression: The hydraulic system activates, applying adjustable pressure(5-14 MPa)from the upper, side, and rear directions simultaneously to reshape the irregular meat block.

4. Pressure Hold & Fiber Alignment: Controlled pressure duration allows the meat fibers to realign uniformly within the mold cavity, producing a neat, compact surface.

5. Mold Release: The hydraulic system retracts, and the compressed meat block is released from the mold.
