After pre-cooling and draining, cooled carcasses move to the cutting conveyor line. Operators work along the line at ergonomically positioned cutting tables, portioning and boning the carcasses according to your product specifications.

The plastic grid belt carries products and waste efficiently, with the open grid design allowing blood and liquid to pass through to the drain below — keeping the work surface clean and dry.
